These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of SiteX CMS software ("Software") provided by SiteX ("we", "us", "our").
1. License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to:
- Install and use the Software on websites you own or manage
- Modify the Software source code for your own use
- Use the Software for commercial purposes (your sites can generate revenue)

2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software
- Share your license key or download link with others
- Remove copyright notices from the Software
- Use the Software to create a competing product
- Claim the Software as your own creation
3. Updates
Your license includes free updates to the Software for the lifetime of the product. Updates are provided at our sole discretion and may include new features, bug fixes, and security patches.
4. Support
- Standard license - 6 months of email support from date of purchase
- Extended license - 12 months of priority email support from date of purchase
Support covers installation help, bug reports, and general usage questions. Support does not cover custom development, server configuration, or third-party integration issues.

6. Intellectual Property
The Software, including all source code, documentation, and design, is and remains the intellectual property of SiteX. Your license grants usage rights only - not ownership.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for data loss, revenue loss, or damages resulting from the use of the Software.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software license.
9. Termination
We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
